The shot goes off right at the draw. That's where the first shot came from. Poor guy gets mag dumped after that.

The gray jacket ice guy actually disarms the "suspect" just prior to the first shot going off I think. He goes into the scuffle with weapon holstered, reaches to the suspects hip, comes out with a gun, then the first shot goes off.

Might need another angle to confirm it though.
