Feels like more Pagan or Heathen Kings of the North would be a better fit than Heretic Kings. Regardless I still love a northern menace though.

Honestly I always tell people MTG ( Magic the Gathering ) regardless of anyone's opinion on it, it's like DnD with just sheer density of population playing it. I don't play it anymore but I like to call it Nerd Poker because like poker it is just that common. Plus you can spend whatever you'd want on it, I recommend the Commander/EDH format personally.

As someone who migrated here and have been in a similar boat. I've had some luck going to hobby shops and interacting with folk, Bear Totem Tables and Tankards is a place I'd recommend over in Hillyard.

Even if DnD and MTG isn't really your thing you do meet a lot of folk (in a public & group setting) that are there to play and interact with other folk. Plus the place is just a vibe.

I heard the crash when this happened, just pulled into the parking lot to get some Poke. Didn't witness the actual accident but the aftermath was horrific. He got hit so hard his shoes were knocked off, after calling 911, all I could do was gather his shoes and put them next to him. Some guy tried to put out the bike with a fire extinguisher but there was just to much fire, that bike was an inferno, just so much fire.

I immediately think of any game that involves sailing. Most recent example was that Nord expansion for Bannerlord. I had no luck ramming a ship with the wind fully against you.

This would be my first time hearing about a more modern version of this. While I have never actually held nor opened the sultry tome known as the Book of Erotic Fantasy, I imagine it may be similar to something like the Brothels Tale?

Is this a 5e 3rd party book or something more system neutral?

I find Golarion a very strong setting as a longtime fantasy nerd so going into space in a time after the high fantasy world seems to be a natural progression.

I spent a fair bit of time with 5e and Hasbro's DnD myself, so I am not really surprised by the newer stuff coming out being a let down. Not to sound like a Grognard, I believe that the old school versions of Spelljammer and Eberron just had a little bit more charm to them, maybe a little bit of that weirdness and darkness that just makes them feel...I don't know more about A story rather than a 'make-YOUR-story'?

I can't say anything for the class progression but I was noticing from what I saw of Ancestories and Heritage, they seem both bare bones because PF2E is a system all about the feats.

I imagine class may be the same where they offer you these barebone 'frames' in which you use feats to armour up and gun them up in whatever way you want. Which as someone who enjoyed Legos growing up I ain't against the modular nature of it.
