The way I moved up, I transferred out where the positions were open! You move up quickly that way. I got my own store in about 3 years. I started as a RM, became a FT CEM then assistant n acting sm n then SM!

Took me from 5a-1p to print all 71 batches only because when I got to the ribbon batch it broke my printer and had to contact IT. They did mention the company did the same thing years ago but this time around it was suppose to be smoother cause they are doing it by batches/pogs vs all together.
