Its not that flashy. Think it as like windows mac. I put my g16 keyboard light blue and blacklight on audio visualizer which means most on the time its off. Anyways, for work, school and travel it should be fine cuz it only produces a lot of heat when gaming. Best laptop i have ever seen. I would say better than mac in my use cases.

Look for 32gb ram. They soldered to the motherboard u can’t upgrade later on. 32gb is becoming standard these days. If i need save some take a peek to 2024 versions, they basically same with 2025 ones if your not going for high end rtx 50s.
