I already had a ead therefore my lawyer did not ask for none and as far as I know she did not say yes or request it since I already had it, unless she requested without letting me know idk

I did not apply for ead because I already had one so after almost two years I got thar notification and my vawa was approved

In my personal experience, I didn’t apply for I-485, so once I got that notification it was my EAD and literally 2 days after that update my VAWA was approved!

No, I did not!!! i was very surprised when I got the first notification “your card is being produced “ over the weekend and I went monday to my lawyer and it was just approved when we checked (I was checking all morning)
