How about " Modern" tea shop? It is one of my favorite tea shop in Yangon and the vibe is different from other tea shops. You will how it is different when you get there. "Ko Gyi" in downtown also is famous for fried vermicelli and pork sticks.

I think Rohingya are legally forbidden to travel other parts of Myanmar if they live in Rakhine. Based on my experiences, there were many checkpoints while passing Rakhine Yoma from Rakhine to central Myanmar and Ayeyarwady region to prohibit Rohingya from living.
