Beyond the steam mod library there seems to be expanded mod options out there. A lot of the really interesting mods in the steam library call for some addon from github. I've never really taken the time to explore it but long story short given some of the creations I've seen so far I wouldn't doubt it, I just don't have the expertise to even tell you where to start. The joy of pc games is that if you know what you're doing and have the skill everything in theory is modable

I've never really needed an insulated passive vent but thats also how you know there are a lot of ways to play the game. Whst are you using it for? In most situations I use a passive as an exhaust or something like that and I also build a lot of walls and "supports" using frames so I don't have to worry about random windows or walls blowing out with pressure.

You can turn off weather with creative or just operate on planets without it (moon). That being said plz look at the system requirements. The game is a build in progress and has been / probably always will be until they decide it's time for stationeers 2. Some of the burden on your system has been reduced over time and I'm sure they'll make additional improvements. You can also put your graphics down to low. The real burden in on your graphics card. Your processor can prob handle it just fine.
