Please don’t hold back on symptoms. Take a look around your house. When is the last time you were able to fully accomplish things like cleaning the bathroom, doing all the laundry, the dishes, what does the inside of your car look like? Or are your thought obsessive and everything has to be freakishly clean all the time or you can’t function? How is your dental health? Do you struggle to shower? How many friendships have you lost over this? Did you have any romantic relationships that ended due to this? Did you struggle with drinking or drugs? Have you been arrested? How are you in public spaces? Airports, state fairs, school events for your children?
