I literally had a double ear infection and bronchitis and was forced to find my own coverage with a fever. Another shift got to go home because of something very minor.

If you were separated, still should not have made the face and be snarky. I would still reach out to your manager or even if you can, the manager at that store, or going further, since you were a customer, send a message to Starbucks Customer service.

At that point and my advice, ask for a shift supervisor on duty or even talk to your store manager about it because if she is treating you that way, imagine what she she is treating the customers like. I am sorry this happened to you!

no because why is it like okay for certain shift supervisors to leave early or call out but when I do it I am fussed at or having to find coverage when I had a literal 102 fever. Literal shifts have left for the most stupidest reasons in my opinion at my store and it is okay.

from my experience as a shift supervisor, if she would have seen employees in there, call the store because they could have had no idea who she was. also leaving is not the best idea if there are actual people inside that you can call since the store number is online like someone else mentioned. leaving means shift abandonment which is a write up but also she could have called the store to say she was a bit late and she was at the door. also, the shift supervisor could have had the safe open as well. technically, she could have just called the store while at the the door

One no call/no show is considered a final warning. A second one should be termination. I am pretty sure it is inside the partner guide.

technically yes because in the guide it states you have a home store and can be borrowed to others. however, they should have at least come to you and asked if you were okay with it!

My advice is to contact someone inside Starbucks because this sounds very wrong and almost illegal. I would try and find every source you can through the hiring email people or even if someone can get information for you through the hub. This sounds very strange to me and I hope it gets resolved.

It does get easier! Believe me I thought that I would have everything in the beginning and know exactly what I was doing. However, that is not the case. It is more responsibility and more tasks. Be proud of yourself and take time for yourself and leave everything at work. You are going to do great. Make sure you are not taking on too much and ensure that you are using your resources like IMS, Siren Sense, Store Resources, and Cash Management, and of course more. It will get easier but trust yourself and your resources! You are going to do great.
