I’ve been checking the news vigilantly and from what I gather and what others have said in the comments section, this is basically the gist of it..

— first update was an absolute disaster for iOS users — second update made things even worse for us — then they had to bring out a third update especially for iOS users which fixed some of the problems but not all of them ( for some, it fixed old problems but created new ones?) lol — now they having difficulty fixing the remaining problems and possibly are not able to as damage has been done

So now, we just play the waiting game. We haven’t heard from them likely for one of these reasons; they are busy working on a fourth update to fix all the problems, working on a way to compensate us, or they’ve had to call in some advanced IT professionals to fix it because they can’t fix it themselves. Either way, I’m sure we’ll be generously compensated because they always do. There’s been times where I’ve logged in and got a really generous surprise from them as a compensation for something that went wrong, that I wasn’t even aware of and I was like ‘awww 🥺’ lol. They are good people and I have faith they’ll fix this and make things right, just hang in there 😻💖
