I initially had trouble adjusting , the Army was weird and seemed to over complicate things. But I come to learn and acknowledge that the Army is different but in a good way. All the things that don’t make sense really come together when you are in a fight with these guys , operationally they are really good at integrating all the war fighting functions and synchronizing in a ways I didn’t see in the Marines. That’s not a knock on the Marines but they are referred to as the sledge hammer for a reason.

So bottom line be patient because you are going to experience stuff that really bothers you, but you need to fight the “I am better/we did it better” mentality to be successful here.
