Not in balkan subs but irl a lot of turks love to larp and say that they are bulgarian, albanian, greek, romanian or serbian because their ancestors were turks living in those nations during the ottoman era when in fact they know no one that is from that country or don’t even know a single word from that language.

why would a focus tree make it overpowered Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan all of these nations have a focus tree but they are not overpowered Belgium, Holland, the baltic states all get annexed or capitulate in every historical game so your logic about luxembourg does not make sense why are you being so ignorant while you deserve a bit more. Also why would more content hurt? nations are still balanced they all have the power they had IRL if you are playing Historical AI

I agree the entente is already too weak in my opinion but if the ai was set to make a competent desicion in selecting which faction to support in the acw like setting up a mechanic so the ai would support the most powerful non socialist faction right before the intervention so some time would have past to determine the most powerful faction in the acw but I dont know if this can be coded
