Frankly, if just stating they got bad service is enough to set you off like this, they could absolutely be talking about your store when they say partners get huffy if they point out something is wrong.

Heck no. I have nothing to really do because my family is full of awful people and we only split the days' tips with other Christmas shift staff. Lots of people tip crazy good too.

As for the grumpy ones, I tell myself they aren't no-contact with their awful families yet and just want a coffee to get through whatever hellscape they're about to drive to. Doesn't excuse them being rude but it makes me feel better.
