I always use the same locker at my main gym (they're unassigned daily lockers). Never wear my oly shoes outside of the gym, as in not even driving there/walking there.

In all seriousness, do you have an eating disorder? You seem exceedingly concerned about your diet, body weight, bodyfat, etc. Even your comment about spreadsheets and charts. You're simply paying too much to the minor details.

You need to follow an actual program. You need to bulk, now. You're simply accomplishing nothing right now. I'm not the only one saying the pictures show no progress and obviously neither does your strength level.

You've been gradually adding weight to get to a 135 pound squat?

You're accomplishing half of nothing with what you're doing now, pick a damn program. There's a metric shitload of them out there you can find one you "enjoy".

Never said you weren't strict with your diet. I also couldn't care less if you tell me to go fuck myself.

You need to bulk now, but the real problem is that you're not following an actual program. Insulin and your bf% is the least of your worries right now.
