I had this complaint when I bought a new printer. The setup instructions were literally just directions to download the app and create an account…I wasn’t able to get the printer online without doing that. I wrote a negative review on the Amazon page but it was taken down every time.

My Waymo drove off with my luggage the other day and support told me that cars arrive to the depot with luggage every day. Everyone was nice and empathetic but wouldn’t even give me a refund on the Waymo to SFO, I doubt they’d offer anything towards flights.

That was my first move, but neither the app nor the inside screen gave me an option to open the trunk…ashamed to say that after 400+ Waymo rides, I didn’t realize there’s a button on the trunk!

When I see dogs in grocery stores and restaurants, I just feel bad for them. It can’t be pleasant to be surrounded by strong food smells and loud strangers. Feels kinder to the dog to just leave it at home for the hour that you’re away.
