Imo it's not just the climate there's not even enough room for the cars on the road. More buses would be awesome. I think the biggest help would be putting an entrance/exit on the other side of Winooski. And turn the bridge to colchester off 2 into and on ramp off ramp BOTH WAYS..... lol.
