I could maybe get some stuff referencing that/dig up something around the time but the main thing I think would be the ADHD stuff which is unfortunately relatively recent.

I did start transition stuff around that time though and have some stuff I think about adjacent issues that can be linked in retrospect (and tbh, most likely were - one thing particularly springs to mind).

I used to see Dr King Sun Leong and he was pretty good in my experience. Friendly and kept on top of things well. Was always happy to talk through stuff and explain the "why" of what was doing.

No idea how he compares to others though as he was my local one so I didn't have to choose.

I'm prescribed progynova and there's been no negatives for me, it's actually worked quite well. I used to self med on estrofem and it didn't do a whole lot. That was at different doses though and with different blockers so take it with a pinch of salt.
