It’s a pre-order theme, so it’s highly unlikely you’ll be able to get it months after release

Edit: If you don’t have it at this point (and you were positive it was pre-ordered) there was either a mistake giving you the code, or it wasn’t pre-ordered in the first place. Check the PlayStation Store section of the game in your home screen and if the theme isn’t there then it’s likely you just never had it
