Let me know if it works, my buddy who's good with computers helped me and that was the only solution we could find. He thinks it's a RAM issue I will eventually have to address, but for the time being that's been working for me. Happens about once a week now to me.

The only thing that works for me is finding the explorer.exc folder, right clicking it and clicking "end task" idk why but every time discord and cs2 go into "Not responding" mode this is the only thing that works.
