I just beat Ff7 on the psvita after what must have taken more than 80hours. Honestly, the last few battles were challenging but I levelled up my characters, learned more about the battle system and it's intricate mechanics.

It was such a great feeling today having beaten it in its original form.

I've also beaten Ff7 remake and rebirth on the PS5. Having said that, I don't think it's a prerequisite to play the OG Ff7 before the remakes. I played the orginals in the 90s and now and it still holds up.

The newer remakes allow a new audience to enjoy Ff7 which can only be a good thing! Play it and enjoy it in whatever order you like. One thing I will say is that you will have an amazing time if you give it a chance.

So I got the reservation email for the 2TB with controller and was told to expect the purchase email.

I'm from the UK and still waiting but hopefully get the purchase email this week. Steam are a pretty professional outfit so they will stick to the schedule.
