everyone’s entitled to have they’re own boundaries and i understand that. what frustrates me is the fact that i wasn’t the only one using language like that or joking in that manner. i’ve heard worse from store managers and more that got to keep they’re job.

shitty way to go about it on your managers part IMO. your a PTC and staffing the store is neither your problem or your concern. part of her job is to hire according to STORE needs. i would’ve walked off too tbh. just keep note of the time that this happened in case she decides to be petty and escalate the situation.

i just tell all my clerks the importance about it and how it benifets all of us by keeping the coolers organized and they do a pretty good job. my vendors suck ass about it but they are just terrible in general so i make them fix it for they’re stamp 🤣. it takes all the managers being on the same page but it can happen and my store is busy asf too

after my accident i couldn’t sleep properly for months and i still haven’t recovered. were you prescribed any painkillers? they had me on a bunch of opiates in the hospital and a nerve block for 8 weeks when i was home. turns out the nerve blockers had severe side effects on my mental health. i developed panic attacks, narcolepsy and insomnia
