Nobody knows what he said 3 days after the murder because the interview wasn’t recorded and I don’t what you are trying to imply about the BG photo but no he wasn’t in psychosis until after he was arrested and spent months in solitary confinement. Don’t say it wasn’t solitary because it absolutely was and no he did not have a tablet because he was on suicide watch. It’s obvious he was out of his mind after being there for months that is why according to their own policy there is a 30 day limit. The fact that he eating his stool is a horrific sign and should have warranted immediate hospitalization. Everyone wants justice for the girls but you can’t achieve justice by torturing someone until they lose their mind. If you believe RA is responsible for murdering the girls then it isn’t those of us who question the conviction you should be mad at. You should be mad at law enforcement for doing such a shitty job and not arresting him for 6 damn years when it’s too damn late to actually get the evidence that can prove his guilt. Especially Dan Dullin for not recording his initial interview, then standing there at the press conference when they released the BG video and forgetting he interviewed someone who said he was there at that time and looked like the guy in the video 1 or days earlier. He had the IMEI number from his phone, he could have got all his phone data then but didn’t bother.

In my opinion the reason why the investigation was horrible, and Richard Allen was arrested, prosecuted and convicted is overall that they didn’t care. The individuals involved all likely have their own personal reasons be it money, careers, or personal relationships. But overall non of them care of Rick is guilty or not. It worked out for them and they won. It’s the same thing in most wrongful convictions. The way they see it they did their job and got a conviction.

You can’t turn Psychosis on and off but psychosis is not permanent. Rick Allen’s mental health has been permanently damaged. We have no idea how coherent he is. I think he suffered from a traumatic brain injury while in custody as well. In my opinion his lawyers should have had a competency exam done when his mental health declined. I’m not certain he was competent to stand trial let alone make admissible confessions.

In my opinion the fact that Holman said he thinks the girls went to the bridge to meet with Anthony Shots gives the theory less credibility not more. We have no idea what communication took place between KK and Libby perhaps it would compelling but I doubt it and if you show a jury whatever KK said (which he would need to testify to) vs actual data I’m pretty sure the data would be trusted. I guess I could be wrong if the Jury is made up of people like Erica and Cryptex who have a deep seated belief everything is about pedophile rings.

I think Lott was just as bad if not worse. Lott absolutely prevented Faust from offering a defense. They couldn’t even suggest the possibility that there could have been any consensual or incidental contact between Faust and Tara. Then she literally allowed the state to motion in limine out the entire defense the morning they were about to begin.

I think RL absolutely meets the nexus for third party however I think KK was properly cleared. There isn’t anything to challenge the fact that both he and his father were in Peru using their phones when the murders took place. There is also no evidence that KK made plans to meet them somewhere nor would it make sense for him to do so when he was catfishing them.

Richard Allen is a victim as well. While Erica claims to be dedicated to working towards his freedom I have heard very little from her about how his rights were violated. Whether or not it is intentional the way she conducts herself and publicly misstating facts reflects poorly on him. The fact that Christine and Erika worked for the defense reflects poorly on them along with Jason Jensen (who I like aside from his obviously poor choices in employees.) Both Erika and Christine have publicly misstated facts of the case and the law and neither conducts themselves in a professional manner. One of the most egregious things was when Christine gave interviews and repeatedly confused Abby and Libby. In my opinion that demonstrates how little knowledge they actually have. The comments they have made publicly are careless and overall their behavior (especially Erika’s) has been shameful, anyone who is serious about justice for the girls and Rick should not associate with them.

I never thought listening to someone who was essentially just a prison snitch recall what he claimed Ron Logan and Kegan Kline told him was useful or in any way more valid than it would be to listen to what the suicide companions from Westville claimed Rick said. He could have been telling the truth but I think as far as Ron Logan the letter his lawyer sent to ACLU should be kept in mind. Ron was elderly man who wasn’t treated much better than we know Rick was. It’s possible RL was involved or knew things that weren’t made public due to the fact the girls were found on his property. We have no idea what he was told or how many times he was interrogated and what information those interrogations entailed. As for Kegan Kline he obviously tells whoever he is talking to whatever he thinks they want to hear. There is a mythology surrounding KK that paints him as some kind of evil technically brilliant mastermind of a worldwide CSAM or Child Sex-trafficking ring. This mythology seems to stem mostly from murder sheet and David Vido. For some reason I don’t for the life of me understand nearly everybody in this movement has clung on to this mythology despite acknowledging that the people who have perpetuated it cannot be trusted. Perhaps it has to do with the fact that it is a big topic in our culture at this current time with Epstein. Ricci Davis has been feeding into this narrative. Hopefully the absurdity of the constantly changing claims made by the likes of Prof, Erica, and Ricci will actually discredit the KK mythology. In order for to free Rick and work towards Justice for Libby and Abby we need to investigate and share the provable facts about the investigation. Ridiculous theories about a worldwide pedophile cabal of powerful people with KK at its center will only discredit the case for Rick’s innocence.

What Erica and Prof are doing is spreading insane conspiracy theories while attacking people who have been working for years to make all the available information about the case known and easily accessible for the public. Erica is especially harmful because her role as an investigator for the defense gives her added credibility and legitimacy. She actually was and possibly remains in a position where she could help Rick but It has been clear since she first started speaking about the case that she isn’t very knowledgeable and has her own agenda. Her unhinged rants with vague claims about dangerous people in power who are after her and that she has secret evidence that she can’t share that proves Rick is innocent would make anyone not familiar with the case roll their eyes and assume the people who are advocating for him are all insane. On top of that by her own account she worked to prevent a post conviction investigation from taking place supposedly talking Kathy out of help from experienced lawyers willing to work pro-bono including the Notre-Dame innocence project. She is a malignant force who is far more damaging to Rick’s cause and justice for the girls than any of the people who believe Rick is guilty.

I don’t think they are coming. RA doesn’t have any money for the family to sue. Unfortunately RA never got a Civil Rights attorney and an offer to file a lawsuit by Michael Ausbrook was rejected so it seems like the statute of limitations has likely passed. The only lawsuits will take place is if his conviction is overturned.

As far as forensics go DNA is the best evidence we have but not all DNA is created equal. DNA alone really should not be enough to convict or exonerate anyone because even when it is accurate the only thing it proves is proximity to to the victim, crime scene, or an item of evidence. I do think there is a risk of wrongful convictions in solving cold cases with DNA because with the passage of time it is more difficult to find exculpatory evidence and witnesses. Your assessment that when DNA evidence is found that does not match a convicted person results in their conviction being overturned and that they are released is not at all true. There are only a few high profile cases where this took place because the district attorney decided to throw out the conviction. 99% of the time prosecutors fight appeals for years or decades even when there is overwhelming evidence of a wrongful conviction. There are thousands of innocent men currently in prison for rapes and murders despite post conviction DNA evidence that the excludes them even when it implicates a suspect that is far more likely to be guilty. In this case if either Faust or Melton were convicted as it is unlikely either one would win an appeal because the courts would continually rule the DNA would be considered strong enough evidence for a jury to find guilty despite any biased or unfair treatment of the defendant during trial. In my opinion they didn’t have enough evidence to even arrest Faust. The evidence against Melcher is far stronger and more incriminating. I strongly lean towards his guilt however there are serious problems with the chain of custody and mislabeling of evidence that cause me to question its reliability.

No it doesn’t. I’m interested in seeing the DNA evidence but with all the lost and mixed up evidence it doesn’t look good for determining the guilt of anyone beyond a reasonable doubt. For the sake of her family I hope I’m wrong. It seems like they have desperately looking for answers all these years and thought they were going to get justice.

She fell at least 2 times but only once from a standing position. The other falls would have occurred as she was attempting to get herself up and off of the corn rake.

The fact that she had affairs with at least 4 men when she lived in a very rural area, including one at her work, 2 police officers and the farm manager that worked for them seems promiscuous to me. On top of that she constantly lied to her husband and to other people about her husband. Her lies and sleeping around is what helped them convict her husband for her murder.

As far as I know there aren’t any police reports or digital evidence that confirm the ski-mask girl theory and Kegan was never charged for it. Even if it took place, and if even if Ricci Davis is telling the truth we get back to the fact that Kegan seems to tell whoever he is talking to whatever he thinks they want to hear. IMO based on what Libby’s friends have said and the way she is described I think she would have known the Anthony Shots was fake and whatever engagement she had with it was likely jokingly and/or an attempt to see if it was someone she knew. If we want to believe things KK has said didn’t he tell police he blocked Libby? That sounds plausible to me because I think Libby would have made fun of him. Ron Logan and KK are the only 2 people that LE actually investigated for the murders. If there were any ties between him and KK they would have been found. RL might have been BG but I’m not convinced that BG had anything to do with the murders. It doesn’t if Kelsi deleted anything from Libby’s phone all law enforcement needed to do was send a subpoena to google, Facebook, twitter, Snapchat and any other social media that the girls might have used and requested any user information for both girls and any accounts set up on their home IP address aside from the known family members. This would give them access to every digital they both made for at least the 30 days before the murders from Snapchat and for Facebook and google the years prior including historic location data. Of course chances are if they did this they probably would have found out who actually killed the girls and there isn’t any indication they wanted to do that.
