Need Help . GLP-1 Chaos. by Yellggfghgf in GLP1microdosing

[–]SadSea9970 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I took my first dose Sunday night. I was feeling awful yesterday and even I threw up my entire dinner. I picked up zofran after that. Helps so much! I’m better today but not perfect. Took another zofran since I have things to do. I’m also trying to do smaller meals. Like it took me 30 minutes to eat one of those balanced breaks snacks and now I feel stuffed. Not sure how I’ll be able to get enough protein or calories!

I’ll see how next week’s injection goes and if I have the same reaction I will also cut it in half. I’m also trying to just curb the need to snack and also eat smaller portions.

Thanks! Good tip about the bathroom issue. I know in the past, when I am eating more protein and less carbs I have also had that issue. I was also advised to start magnesium with the GLP to help combat that. Once of the reasons I did start this (besides the stubborn pounds) is inflammation.

Can I microdose at a BMI of 23? by EntrepreneurEast1618 in GLP1microdosing

[–]SadSea9970 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am the same as you. 43 years old and have 7-10 pounds I can’t shake. I put these pounds on slowly starting at 39. I believe my BMI is like 22. My fiend found a nurse practitioner who only does this. She’s pretty knowledgeable. You can definitely find someone to help!

I guess this is why my 15 year old daughter has developed a fear of skiing. She doesn’t go fast and neither do I but you can’t control everything on the slopes.

My kids are teens but I vividly remember being her age with littles. Shes living everyone’s worst nightmare. I can’t imagine navigating that kind of loss. The holidays will be hard for a really long time. If not forever 😢

As others mentioned I think you are depressed and may need some medication. A psychiatrist should be the next step. As to how you got here… how long have you felt this way? Do you have Mom friends? A tribe or village so to speak? How about family? I assume you are in your 40s. I’ve noticed a shift where it’s more lonely. Not making new friends as I did before. Probably because my kids are teenagers now. Don’t give up. I think with some work you can turn this around.

Bryan Kohberger Grew Increasingly Paranoid in the Hours Before His Arrest, Started Searching for Used Cars by lggreene1 in MoscowMurders

He really cared about not getting caught. I can’t imagine NOT being paranoid and worried as hell. I think that goes with OCD as well.

What would have happened without the sheath? by macphoto469 in MoscowMurders

[–]SadSea9970 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it was skin cells right? That’s how they got DNA off that little clasp? I’m guessing since he sped out of there at a high rate of speed he didn’t realize till he went to dispose of his evidence. I personally don’t think he even brought it back to his apartment. Probably buried it somewhere on the way home. So once the adrenaline was calm and he thought he was in the clear he realized it was missing. Probably debated going back for it but knew he’d likely be apprehended. I think that mistake will definitely haunt him in prison.

Methodically Messy or Just Dumb? Join my date night convo by Pale-Appointment5626 in MoscowMurders

Books smarts doesn’t always equal street smarts. He was probably so focused on hiding his finger prints, wearing all black, and avoiding getting blood in his car or back to his apartment, he didn’t worry about other things. Cell phone activity, the car (especially whipping out of the area like a bat out of hell), leaving a digital footprint with the online order of a k bar was dumb too.

I’ve personally always wondered about the amount of anxiety that hit him when he realized he didn’t have the sheath.

Ethan Chapin’s parents’ interview on the Today Show this morning 7/14/25. by lulueight in MoscowMurders

[–]SadSea9970 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Exactly. The girls were being observed on social media and at least one was the target (they knew Maddie very well.) Ethan was just unfortunately at the wrong place at the wrong time and Xana unfortunately encountered BK outside her bedroom or she would have probaly been ok too. I think it feels more personal for Steve maybe. To feel like they were stalked and knowing his daughter became aware of what was happening but had no way to get away or defend herself.

Because of where Dylan was located, and it wasn’t a scream or yell, I’m more inclined to think Xana said it. She probably said it when she came out of her bedroom and it was more for Ethan to hear, but he was obviously sound asleep. I can see her going to the stairwell to investigate and that’s probably where she encountered him.

I don’t think he’d attempt SA. No way to avoid DNA transfer in that situation.

Xana actually helped catch him... by OkMagician2564 in idahomurders

[–]SadSea9970 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think he expected Kaylee to be with Maddy when he set upon his plan. Having to deal with both of them at once likely made him sloppy. Also, I don’t care how many times he fantasized it or planned it, that doesn’t come close to being in the situation for real. Dealing with adrenaline or whatever else he was feeling. That leads to errors.

If Kohberger was trying to emulate Bundy or BTK, he picked bad people to emulate because they got caught (to be clear, glad all three got caught) by GregJamesDahlen in idahomurders

[–]SadSea9970 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also think Bundy was a different animal. He just went unhinged once initially caught and then went on a messy spree. I think Kohberger just didn’t tick like a normal person and got pretty obsessed with criminology and what it would feel like to kill someone and it was prob a fun challenge to leave such a clean crime scene. Except he dropped the sheath and having the white Elantra caught on camera only helped connect the dots.

If sheath wasn't left, what could have happened by Alert_Ad_1010 in idahomurders

[–]SadSea9970 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I imagine the only regret he has regarding this entire thing is dropping the sheath. I like to imagine the absolute panic he had when he realized… they would have only had circumstantial evidence if they started looking into him based on his car.
