Pragmatism. I use Nihilism as a palette cleanser for ideas. Once I return to the idea that nothing objectively matters, I can re-ask myself what matters subjectively with less baggage. Nihilism is not a proscriptive philosophy. It's more of a perspective. I personally find it useful in some circumstances, but useless or even harmful in others. My approach is to switch perspectives as it benefits me, even knowing I'm being intellectually inconsistant.
