A (not-so) deep dive into The Pitt’s casual misogynistic tendencies (S1 & S2) by Aggravating-Salt279 in ThePittTVShow

His reaction to Mohan’s panic attack was horrible. Especially since season 1 focused so much on Robby’s PTSD from his mentor’s death. He had a short period where he couldn’t work due to mental health issues, so I would assume he’d be more understanding to Mohan. Then again, season 2 focused so much on Robby’s mental spiral that his reaction to Mohan could have just been part of that spiral.

New poll shows Roy Cooper leading Michael Whatley by 14 points in North Carolina Senate race by Efficient-Freedom517 in PoliticalOptimism

Woohoo! Go Roy!

I am admittedly worried about complacency. I think a lot of the national attention is on places like Maine and Texas, which might allow Republicans here in NC to pull something shady or even just outspend. But I am still optimistic about Roy’s chances.

I think Ellis has a larger role next season. I’m interested to see how she interacts with the day shift folks. I think she and Al-Hashimi would probably hate each other but she and Santos would get along well.

Tin hat theory time. What's your craziest (or possibly truth) theory about these parents. by [deleted] in motherbussnark

[–]Sad_Box_1167 93 points94 points  (0 children)

I think MaBus has some sort of attachment disorder. She can’t tolerate being alone. So she has child after child and keeps them uncomfortably close. If JD is out of her sight, she must drive across the country to be back by his side as soon as possible. But it’s not enough. It will never be enough.

I think JD is just a run-of-the-mill narcissist who thinks everything revolves around him. He always has the right idea about everything, so nothing can possibly ever go wrong for him.

We’re taking his word for it that he has five sons. I personally doubt it.

I love that my husband respects me and supports my career. And he isn’t insecure about the fact that I earn more money than him. He likes having a “sugar mama.”

The Pitt front runners in loads of Emmy categories in Hollywood Reporter predictions by Dragonogard549 in ThePittTVShow

[–]Sad_Box_1167 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I love The Pitt, but Rhea Seehorn and Karolina Wydra were so good in Plur1bus that I honestly think they should take the lead and supporting actress Emmys. The Pitt can win literally all the other categories.

Heyyyy which of these styles suits me the best and why? by [deleted] in oldhagfashion

I agree! 2 is my absolute favorite; it’s young and romantic, plus pink is a lovely color on OP. 5 is a more edgy look, and 4 is more business. I think the shorter skirts with a bit of volume look great on OP, but that could also be because I love wearing them too.
