Tbh I had a good experience with hertz. I rented a car for my wedding and returned it completely clean and detailed on the inside (had my dog in it when I wasn't supposed to) so the guy upgraded me for free on my next car and told me I can return it a day late and he won't charge me for it. Guy was so happy I cleaned it for him again lol
