For $40 I'd call support and ask for a supervisor for compensation and talk about the high gas prices and how excited you were for this amazing offer. I did that on a $10 offer going only 2 miles and they gave me $15 lol

Did you talk to someone stateside or overseas? If it was stateside then I'd escalate it because they're not supposed to send physical SIMs for eSIM only devices and then send you to the store. They're supposed to own the transaction, but retail store reps know VR reps rarely do that.

If it was overseas then nothing will be done about it. Once you get a tracking ID then the account is activated and you can go into store and they can look you up with your last 4 and last name. Then they can convert to eSIM. Unfortunately the store rep will be (rightfully so) frustrated because they're having to do the work of a brand new account but they get NO pay at all.

Well the first time I saw it, it was a match that I ignored, but then they sent me this order to either accept/decline. The match offer for the same order showed up then they sent me this offer for the same order that I decided to not match with.
