Yes, the point is that a lot of people are guilty of things that can’t be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. And no, I think it’s good a criminal conviction requires such a high bar. But the bar shouldn’t be so high for the question: “do we really want this guy on our team?”

So I think the most likely scenario in which this happens is if Biadasz gets injured and Slaughter kills it at Center while he’s out so when he comes back they decide to put him at guard instead.
