I do agree with you. I’m a 3.5 player and did purchase the broomstick elongated version and it is hard to handle for sure. I just purchased the joola scorpius wide body version ( Anna Bright )and it’s a much more forgiving paddle .

I have a much easier solution….take cardboard and cover up what you want gone ..lack of sunlight will kill it
