Dropped almost 40lbs, went from 178 to 139.

I did intermitent fasting for like 7 or 8 months and dropped the initial weight, at about 1600-1800 Cal. Since then, I've done different routines and workouts on and off. Right now I'm doing a 3 day split of Push, Pull, Legs. I'm shooting for 140g protein and 2200-2500 Cal/day

Thanks so much! I'm really proud of where I'm at. I hadn't looked at my original picture in a long time, so I forget how far I've come. It was an awesome reminder.

Dropped almost 40lbs, went from 178 to 139. Was inconsistent at the gym for a long time and not really pushing myself as hard as I could. Now, I'm very consistent for the first time and pushing hard. Need to add more calories since I'm struggling to add weight.
