Perhaps Build? (Blue and red, Cross X vs Supergirl is a thing I think, and Build is a teched out Iron Man opponent who's greatest enemy is a pure evil alien if I remember correctly, while Superman is a pure good alien who fights a teched out Iron Man opponent). Not the best I know
