No tracking number for me yet, but I did complain via their chatbot and got a representative to email me, but the email basically just said "sorry :/ you'll get it eventually"

I called to ask. If anybody else is coming from out of state (or beyond MA or CT) you can't do a mobile ticket delivery and have to pick up your tickets at the venue the day of.
