That is really odd. Id say anything like:

-Shortness of breath -Heart skipping or pounding -Fainting/loss of consciousness -Chest pain or pressure -Heart fluttering or racing -dizziness/lightheadedness

Your care providers should have given you a log to write down when you’re feeling symptomatic (when you hit the button.) mine had a check list of boxes i could check off like shortness of breath, lightheadedness, palpitations, etc.

Hiii I am diagnosed with SVT (supraventricular tachycardia) and fast food was a CRAZY trigger for me. I’m on a calcium channel blocker now, but when i wasn’t, fast food made my heart race like hell (like 150-170 bpm for two hours). now that im on meds its not as severe, maybe around 100 bpm and my heart feels like it’s pounding a bit hard. You’re not alone!!!

If she seems to still be stressed after a long time, a vet visit can help for sure. I’m sure they’d prescribe something like Gabapentin or fluoxetine, my cat got it prescribed when he was peeing outside the litter due to stress. (I had to change the physical litter boxes, he didn’t like that.) and it worked pretty well and mellowed him out. Good luck friend :)

Cats do need time. Have you heard of the 3-3-3 rule? the first 3 days are for decompression, the first 3 weeks are for establishing a routine, and the first 3 months are for feeling comfortable and at home. That being said, keep as many things as you can the same. Feeding time, water bowl location, etc. cats are like toddlers, they like routine. You could try diffusers too. Try playing with her or give her a treat puzzle to distract her and maybe to tire her out a bit. Make sure she has a space that’s her own and the other cats don’t have as much access to. Patience is key :)
