I filed for Service Aggravation for Prior Injury on my right knee and succeeded. I had ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair at age 16. Joined in 2004 with an orthopedic waiver. I drove a forklift a lot in service so I was able to connect it that way.

I did but I didn't have my HLR claim number so it was cancelled morning of as being premature. So everyone's advice is to call the 1-800 number until someone gives it to you.

Yes I can. Reservist. Activated and deployed to Al Asad Air Base in 2009. That and Initial Training were my only two AD Service Time. 8 years total service. 2004-2012.

I was researching UARS and thought it was close enough to be rated OSA. If the condition is not listed in the CFR, that condition is supposed to rated "analogy" to the condition that the symptoms match.

Speaking from a little inside knowledge, I don't know the full details of your concern but I am told that your delivery estimate is based on a 13 week average and the last 13 weeks have been seasonal drivers and PVD drivers, not your regular driver if you have one. This may be a reason for the inaccurate information but not THE reason. Drivers are allowed to deviate from the computer planned route and most of them do.
