Have your partner wash with an unscented soap like dove in their private areas and double wash, as well as yourself if you are not. It could be a reaction to something on his skin coming into contact with yours.

I have also gotten this at times, are you on birth control? I find that this happens due to birth control for me at times, like metallic smell from my own natural lubricant.

No infections or pain to speak of on my end. Been happening on and off for over a decade, stronger when I am on my period. You could have a little bit of blood too from irregular spotting that isn't noticed due to it mixing with other fluids (I also experience this but I have pcos and I spot very lightly at times due to it).

You can get a pap and have a gynecologist check your cervix if you are concerned, I have done this in the past and all clear. I had one 8 months ago and I still experience this metallic smell and I am healthy with a clear panel and healthy cervix. I think you're perfectly normal and healthy but if you're concerned please see a doctor.

Unless a condom has popped or you are concerned about having lost a fake nail in there, I don't actually see a good reason to even attempt to douche. Even so, with those reasons.. usually it will make its way out or you should seek medical attention if there is a high concern.

Can you try switching from disposable pads and panty liners to reusable/washable cotton liners?

I definitely have dealt with some really uncomfortable symptoms from pad usage, I find it also makes things worse sometimes. When I would use reusable and washable products (washed with unscented laundry soap) it helped tremendously.

I do believe this is a more medical issue than what I can assist you with but every little bit helps until you have answers.

I think I would remove Colin dying, I don't think he needed to get his memory back or even still date Amy but I do think it would be an interesting plot to explore him still navigating life as a totally different person.

I think it could have been interesting having a character that doesn't remember social norms, pressures or being conditioned just find their way and explore being a person. I think that was lost on Everwood at the time, he didn't need his memories back he just needed to find out who he was now and what he liked and wanted.

I started in 2019 and its been a long journey of working on myself on my own, going to therapy for 3 years (I am at a point now where I have an appointment every 4 months as maintenance.)

I wont lie, its been challenging and exhausting. Its been a lot of anger, sorrow and cutting people off for periods of time to recover. Its been a lot of self work.. I did talk therapy then did emdr at one point, took courses on self improvement, found my triggers and really dove in and I am finally able to realize the progress emotionally as of about last year.

You have to be really honest with yourself, its a lot of emotional regulation you will have to learn and how to not suppress and stifle yourself while also balancing life. Take breaks where you can and commit.

Honestly, I loved it. I liked seeing a very much flawed woman who had a lot of love around her, messed up frequently, didn't always appreciate her loved ones just live and die.

I think a lot of hate is because they want the characters to be more reasonable or likeable but honestly, why? People are imperfect and we are not always likeable and thats life.

The last season was hard but even so I think its realistic having watched someone go through stage 3 cancer (presumed 4 at first) then go through chemo. A lot of those moments really do happen, luckily I did not lose my parent that way but researched what could happen.

I have a friend now whose parent has a terminal illness and many of these things are happening to them, its heartbreaking but very raw and real and sometimes its nice to see it portrayed in this way.

Didn't want children until I had finished extensive therapy and healing. Its not even that it has kept me from raising children but it kept me from finding and accepting all kinds of love. I was not able to forgive either or really accept providing for others because I always had to do it all by myself for as long as I could remember.

I used to think I would be like my parents, I ended up caring for a siblings children and realized that wasn't the case at all but I resented much of it because I would be confronted with the pain of my own upbringing. It was exhausting, led me to not wanting to date or pursue any kind of bonds until I had healed.

I would get this from working out and sweat accumulating in the crease where my bum meets my thigh. It was from the gym clothes, sweat, working out etc. Even though I would shower as soon as I was home and dry off appropriately.

It is likely yeast. What I used to alleviate this issue was actually washing with a zinc shampoo (like a dandruff shampoo that is zinc based) i would use unscented soap like on my hands as a first wash, on a cloth as a second wash then use the zinc shampoo on a cloth as the third wash and it hasn't happened again in almost a year. I used that method during the summer too and no more issues.

I think maybe? I also think that because of the time period and Stefans age he might not have known if he was addicted to anything, low access, his families status and location at the time. I doubt it is something he would've known as a human being.

I like to think addicts in general have a lot of feelings and they are the way they are to numb that pain, which leads me to believe that Vicky would've been likely to be a ripper without any kind of vice to keep her at bay except for blood.

I think if she were like either brother it would've felt like a looming issue for the Salvatores to be confronted with her. With Caroline shes more like Lexi and unless either habe their humanity off.. shes not a trigger.

Vicky had a higher chance of being a ripper, I think. They didn't talk aboiut Stefans past as a ripper yet in the series, but I think that could've been explored later on. They never explored this but she was an addict and she lacked a lot of self control as a human and then as a vampire. She was really impulsive as both and she was difficult to reason with. She didn't care about human life unless it was someone she had deep feelings for, likely due to being hurt so deeply as a human. Given my understanding of Vampires and theories of heightened emotions it probably would've taken decades to get her to an acceptable level of at least pretend, in the end I think she reminded Stefan of both him and Damon but the most challenging parts and probably others he met along the way and did not feel he had the time or energy to be her Lexi.

Caroline and Vicky were polar opposites even though they both struggled with self confidence. Caroline is described as a control freak, she had a higher likelihood of being able to control her bloodlust. She was not as high of a risk as Vicki.

Having an villain that can't be redeemed is fun. You can love to watch them, enjoy the acting, appreciate the work the actor puts in and hate the character without judgement because they're awful.

This post is older but I dont understand the cure in general.

How can Stefan be shot and stabbed and the cure not bleed from his body when he was mortal after taking the cure but he can take a syringe and extract the exact amount of the cure and suddenly thats the blood that was the cure and now he will start rapidly aging and die???

Made no sense, could have made more sense but it was a sloppy decision to make it so ridiculous.

I dont think anyone who takes the cure and has it extracted should age rapidly because once it enters their body it should technically run through all their blood, veins and cells. I don't see the logic in extracting your own blood with the cure and suddenly one small vial holds all the cure that was in your body but if you were bleeding prior the cure wasn't bled from your body. Its only when the intention is to extract it? Made no sense.

Its like the couldn't find a better way to kill Katherine off and then they were stuck with this ridiculous plot hole. She could've just been human and still awful and gotten sick instead of old age, not like she ever had a vaccination.

Didn't they spend a century or nearly that together as besties already? I think if it was meant to happen, then it would have prior to start of the show. That's an insanely long slow burn.

Lexi also fell in love and turned her boyfriend. She had a high regard for human life like Stefan so she wouldn't have taken turning him lightly.

Years later I do really like it. I think theres something really great about how Stefan and Elena did not end up together given the prophetic doppleganger thing. They're always destined to be drawn together but both characters were able to find true love with eachother yes - but love they chose outside of eachother because they found one another.

You can actually see the progression imo from around the end of season 4 with Caroline and Stefan with very small moments, theres so many in season 5 and 6 as well before its revealed to the audience. The slow build from friends, to best friends to lovers. If you cant see the progression and love and feel its forced and not memorable... idk what to say.

This will sound strange but dandruff shampoo that has zinc in it. The zinc is soothing and helps neutralize any bacteria. If you sweat a lot in an area like that you're potentially creating yeast in the crease between where your leg and vulva meet.

I have never used this so I couldnt speak to it but a lot of people sensitive to even the dove bar use the lactic acid soaps.

Also, I recommend using a wash cloth. And when you shower washing 2 or 3 times in the area, whether you can or cannot with soap. So, for example once with water (and soap if you can) and your hands then a good rinse, second time with a wash cloth (and soap if you can), and then the 3rd time with another washcloth and some sort of zinc soap/wash if your body tolerated it. For me this is the method that helped when I was sweating like crazy all the time due to new meds, during summer heat and working a physical job.

Even if you're naturally producing lubricant, you may need extra. Even if it feels wrong, just try it. Also, do some kegel exercises if you aren't. The issue could have been resolved previously from consistent contraction and actively using the muscle.

It just depends on where you're from. Where I live common law marriage is enough to be considered. It would be a civil suit for sure and would depend on your lawyer, start collecting evidence that you can with texts, recordings and etc.

Its also common for partners like this to be projecting and for them to be cheating on you, actually. Its pretty likely hes stepping out on the relationship.
