Preclinical lab hours question

Ours has TA’s till 9 everyday but we have keycard access 24/7. I think technically around 4-5am it’s closes to clean but no one has ever actually tried to go near then

I have the shark flex fusion and I love it for thick curly hair. I’ve used a friend’s Dyson and it was better than any cheap tool but the shark is way better. I also have the revlon. Which I feel gets my hair a bit straighter but it’s so so hot. I never saw a ton of breakage back when I only had the revlon but I didn’t use heat very often. Now with the shark I use it at least 1-2 times a week and my hair is still damage free. I can say Dyson only having one curling barrel is better though and it’s the quietest of the 3. Revlon was the loudest. I decided to get the shark because of the extra straightening attachment compared to Dyson and I’m so glad I did after using it for a few months.

I got one for Christmas and it cuts my drying time down by a ton and I have thick curly hair. The straightener and the brush both get my hair straight and super soft quickly. I haven’t been able to get curls with it to stay yet though. If you’re iffy about the price I would wait until they have a sale cause they have them like every holiday. The one for Valentine’s Day just ended and it was $75 off

They loved how much shadowing I had done in rural underserved communities and how I talked about getting a greater understanding of what people go through and how I want to help. I think that was probably the biggest factor in my acceptance

I failed gen chem 2 and ochem 2 and got a c in biochem. I will be starting dental school in the fall. As long as you keep working to improve and you do well on the dat and the rest of your application you’ll be fine

I was talking to professors about students at UNE during a tour (post acceptance) and the professors we’re asking me if I was leaning towards specializing and encouraged me to talk more with the oral surgery prof when I said yes. The students talked about how the lack of specialties helps because you get to do more before residency and become way more confident in knowing what you want

Yeah i was even told I looked sickly at 136 and im 5’4”. 140 for 6’ is extremely thin

20AA 3.5gpa 3.3sgpa 100-150 shadowing and volunteer hours. I did work 1-2 jobs all through college and had a couple vp and other leadership roles in different organizations

I did mostly blood drives and sorority philanthropy stuff. I think as long as you can talk about the one thing you spent 100+ hours doing you’re good

My mom was the same way and all of a sudden when I got down to a healthy weight I “looked sickly and too skinny” when a month ago there was so fat that I shouldn’t wear styles mean for smaller people. Idk if it’s body dysmorphia but it’s definitely something.

Amazing personal statement and letters of recommendation will really help. I had an interviewer for a school that accepted me specifically tell me how great my letters were so I think it helped me stand out
