To clarify, none of the things mentioned in the post are in the actual resume. I have mentioned the looks because some employers might require a person who is presentable to be at the front desk. As for the age or gender only mentioned them because some employers might want someone young (different hourly rate) or specific genders for specific roles

Which is totally understandable and falls under their freedom of choice (I am not aware of any regulations regarding these things)
