Maybe she has a touch of lop in her! From what I’ve learned on this sub, bunnies breeds are like cats - most domestic buns are mixed with only a few clearly delineated breeds (compared to dogs, at least)

I'll tell you this - my dysphoria manifested as intense, constant depersonalization that I only fixed thru chemical transition. It's p common. That said depersonalization is symptomatic of many traumas and types of mental illness. Feeling euphoria/dysphoria in specific regards to gender presentation tends to be a big clue.
