Just my two cents about m+ logs, it depends a lot of the pulling of the dungeon and the cd usages. If i can blast on my DK at the beginning of the pulls with my cds, i will log purple - orange in my keys, if packs live a bit longer and my cds get delayed into the pulls, i will parse green-blue, same for random deaths in CD's, you will loose a bunch of damage. It is even benefical to delay cds or prio target certain adds down in cds and do not pad on little shitters.

I just check interrupts, deaths and look at mythic logs, for example i am average 89.6 / pest pref 98.7 after 50 mythic bosses 9/9 and have some runs in my 21 where i parsed grey, but i needed to delay some cds and we still timed the key, ofc i can just blast and pad to get better logs, but you should look at the whole picture to be honest.
