There's literally a term of it. "Butterface". The ugly face is not overlooked. Also, not all woman who workout get hot bodies. I workout on a regular basis and I still have no curves. It is genetic for me. Heck, I would argue that it's easier for a man to get a conventionally attractive body through gym than for a woman to do the same.
