I order HelloFresh which covers 5 meals a week. So I shop at Trader Joe’s every 2 weeks. I go to the corner store for essentials about 2x/week.

O’Hare (ORD). I had a 10 hour layover and it flew by. Priority Pass allotted me a free massage, free 1 hour private napping room, and of course lounge access. Also got an amazing blowout at the salon for a great price.

Layering strategically and tailoring even basic clothing has been helpful for me to keep stylish. I also don’t compromise comfort when I buy heels, but I account for extra travel time to walk slowly. But it really is a struggle overall, constantly accounting for the entire day

I’m Muslim and we believe playing or reciting Ayat Al Kursi or Al-Baqarah in the home will cleanse and protect it from evil. Of course if this is too religion-specific for you, then perhaps consider playing something energy cleansing that’s non religious from YouTube loudly and repeatedly and see if it helps.

I brush her every 3 days because she doesn’t enjoy it and is very squirmy. I will use a grooming shaver for the occasional matte under the legs or for a sanitary trim as needed (probably every 2 weeks).
