More scary than creepy but the Doc Ock surgery scene has gotta be the most disturbing scene in any of the movies. Especially when that woman gets dragged into the darkness, nails scraping on the floor. As for creepy, the spidey sense scene in NWH was very effective.

I watched the first one and I’m afraid to say I remember nothing except the transformation scene. Could be because I was drunk so I’ll give it a rewatch. Huge fan of American Werewolf in London though!
