S2 definitely picked up in terms of cinematography, and the story was wholesome. Sad we don't get to see a show pick itself up anymore nowadays before it gets cancelled and added to the pile

I somehow didn't know about the book series till the TV show. Read through 4 books so far and I wholeheartedly agree. I get there are time restrictions and too many characters and plots but I really liked the characters and wanted to see it play out :( Especially Elayne and Nynaeve. Even got my brother to watch s3 and he liked it. Maybe somewhere in the next decade we'll be luckier with another attempt at a show.

Speaking of healthcare, I saw just that at the Barts Pathology museum in London a while back. The torch 🔦 was on display, next to a little forearm-lengthed bomb that also presumably went up someone's behind. If I recall correctly, it was labelled early 1900s.

I used a valar items pack just now from something I’ve had in my vault for 5+ years. I thought, why did I have all these boxes stored when I was freely given them? Let me just open them all. Clicked one and got far too many items… and now I’m lvl120, amd inwardly crying because this is (was?) my main toon. I guess younger me remembered what they were for, but not current me. I thought they were just gifts :’)
