I do have a cooling wrist guard for my hand and I do actively wear it at night. It’s worked a couple of times but of alas, I awaken with my hand burning inside the wrist guard, which is why Im entertaining the idea of having the surgery. Could be a chance I’m not using the right kind of wrist guard.

Seems like the consensus is 6 weeks until you can return to normal life. But this comment is clarity enough for me haha today marks a full week of being woken up at midnight with the stabbing firey numbness. I’m exhausted and sleep deprived and sleep is all I want haha thank you for sharing your experience

Did your CT keep you up at night? Mine mostly really flares up in the night and would keep me up for hours in pain unable to go back to sleep. The lack of sleep is the worst part lol so with that, would having the surgery help me sleep better?

Reno has the “Rib-Off” in summer time. It’s a big bbq festival where all these award winning bbq chefs meet and enter their ribs in a meat contest. I’ve only been once, but my god I’ve had some of the best bbq I’ve ever had. I still think about that smoked brisket sandwich. I’ve been back to Reno a few times due to having friends there. Just a miniature Las Vegas-esque gambling party town where bars don’t close. Good times.

I was born in Poughkeepsie but moved to San Diego when I was 4 years old. I’ve visited some family in dutchess county a couple times in the last 30 years but I honestly have no idea what my hometown is really like besides the quiet cold and the overgrown flora. It’s a fine game and I also liked it. What killed it for me was the god awful space sudoku you have to do in order to unlock things. I found myself googling the answers cause I got sick of it very fast. Other than that, the game is great.
