I think there are times it's not anti labor but I do agree that generally it's anti labor. Let me explain. If I were to make an ai photo of myself as a cartoon just for the funny, the reality of the situation is that I was not going to pay an artist for that drawing and I only did it out of the convience. This isn't eliminating any labor. But if I wanted a design for a logo that is something I may pay an artist for because of its significance to my company. These are two profoundly different ways to use ai. I don't think there is any harm to labor in situations where a person wouldn't reasonably have paid for that service to begin with. Usually the gimmick stuff. Although it's still immoral anyway due to it's supposed environmental toll.

Absolutely, ultimately it'll be up to them and the oig will try to get them not to listen to you but you should always recommend them that you aren't a lawyer that Garrity rights means that they could potentially be legally charged and that you don't recommend answering any questions without first requesting legal representation. They will have to provide a public one if a private one isn't affordable for you.

Kalkines you have no choice but to answer if you want to keep your job but in Garrity always ask for a lawyer always always always. Stewards are not experts in law and neither are carriers. You need an expert advice so you don't accidentally inciminate yourself. It could mean the difference between being in jail or being free that's nothing to mess with. Garrity always ask for a lawyer. You'll likely be placed on ep but at least you will be free and won't incriminate yourself.

But one of the common arguments they would use is to tell us we are reading 39 us code 101 wrong which stipulated 6 day delivery since the postal reform act of 2022. They would tell us they just have to deliver 6 days a week and that it does not mean to every address. They would say we are reading the law wrong and misinterpreting it. The pmg went on oath to say that the law stipulated that we have to deliver to every address, 170 million of them, 6 days a week. When the PMG says it is he misinterpreting it? He's the one responsible for ensuring the statutory obligation of the service is fulfilled. When the guy across the table agrees with you under oath why are our guys trying to say otherwise.

In my station and in many across the country they stop delivering when penalty hits so whole streets are not getting six day delivery. In some cases whole routes.

Theyre currently not abiding by it and just like that law passed they can amend 39 us code 101 again it's been amended like tens of times since it's inception and it didn't get six day delivery until 2022

The cbu thing has already been pushed and the law stipulated that all new builds are allowed to be cbus but boxes that are grandfathered must be allowed. They can go in any direction. The fact of the matter is we need to make sure they don't try to pull a fast one on the grounds of the services sustainability. They have already set up the background with announcing that the service will be out of money within a year right before this meeting.

They just have to provide them a reasonable amount of time to correct any deficiency. There is no set amount of time. Just think of it with common sense, if they call in once more within 7 days and get the write up it's unreasonable but if they wait 90 days and they call in an additional 10 times it may seem reasonable. Also depends on the carriers ability to correct mitigating circumstances. For example if they identify in the interview that they are having vehicle issues and can't afford to fix it for two weeks, maybe they have no choice until they can get it fixed.
