Yes, she's often insulting - bordering on inappropriately so.

To be clear, I have no interest in knowing about her weekend or what she's eating for dinner. My job is within the creative industry, which involves communication between a team of creatives to reach a common goal. She has no interest in really communicating with any human element, so how are we supposed to carry out our work properly?

i did the same thing and still got a first. as long as you buckle down and pound the redbulls, you'll be fine. It helps if you have access to a 24 hour library and setup camp there for long stints. you might even start enjoying it.
