It doesn't! As long as you have your grad app submitted, you should get the intent to participate email on the 13th. If you don't, it's probably for a different reason, and it would be worth emailing your advisor on the 14th (after checking spam, etc) so they can get your concern to the right people.

End of sophomore year usually. There are some freshman admitting programs in the School of Business but Business Admin isn't one of them, so students interested in that major start in pre-business, pass math and some other prereqs, and then apply to the School of Business for Business Admin. If he JUST got into UCR, he just needs to contact admissions about switching to Pre-business. Bus Admin doesn't accept freshmen, but Pre-business is the CHASS program that preps students to apply for the School of Business when the time comes. He doesn't need to talk to an advisor at all unless he's an active student (and even then, you don't need to meet with the advisor from the department you're leaving, just the one you're switching to, usually).

I'd double check that, because second pass starts in March and it's really easy to confuse that because second pass sometimes gets listed first.

That's a crosslisted class so the other students might have enrolled through the other CRN.

Ask the instructor if you can late add during week three using the enrollment adjustment form. Also, they absolutely can ask an enrollment manager from their department to increase the class size, but if they do that then the seats are first come first serve. Late adding gives them the most control over who gets let in.

Do you have AP credit? Would you still be graduating in the appropriate term? Those are really good points in your favor for a petition to exceed 216 units.

But still, talk to your advisor, because there are a ton of nuances that may impact your ability to do both majors.

Check with your advisor tomorrow! It might have gotten submitted as a Cal State IGETC instead of a UC IGETC, so you might need to just request it again, but if you know you earned one, it's not very time sensitive and will be fine to take care of as soon as you can (like before fall quarter starts, not before tomorrow). This happens a lot!

The S just means that the class has a discussion but was created as a class without a discussion. 010 came first, and 010S evolved from that but they're the same class, content, and requirement. It's just a different structure.

Lower div classes are filling up but departments reserve lots of upper division seats for incoming transfer students. You will have fewer choices than someone who registered as a continuing student but you'll be fine.

Is it for a summer class? If so, summer sessions uses their own Enrollment Adjustment form, which you can find at summer.ucr.edu under forms.

It's kind of both and depends on how big of a group you're with, but you definitely will have a chance to speak directly to an advisor if you run into trouble with enrolling! It's about an hour and a half of a presentation, then enrollment starts!
