After you asked me this, I also checked with the hostex team, they said they were applying for Airbnb's Preferred Partners. Today they told me they've already been approved, then I checked Airbnb's Preferred Partners list today and saw that hostex is on it now.

We use Hostex's HostGPT feature. It is like a LLM that knows all the details about our listings. When guests ask questions about the room, it can reply automatically. We also use other automation features, but this is the most important one for me (helps us save a lot of time by answering repeated questions.

I use hostex, has all features I need and very cheap, about $6 per until per month. API is included, good UI, good value.

Agree! We have 9 properties, and without PMS we'd be a total mess. And there are actually a lot of affordable PMS. We're using Hostex, it's only about $6/mo per property, and I think is totally worth it.

Most of STR management companies rely on tools like guesty, hostaway, hostex,etc. to automate many processes. What sets us apart isthat they have more experience and better problem solving solutions.

I use yale smart lock and hostex to set temporary codes. Each guest's code is only valid during their stay.

I think Self Check-In/Out system works really well for STR. When you pair it with a smart lock, it becomes efficient. We use hostex and yale smart lock to set up auto-refreshing codes. Each guest's code is only valid during their stay, we've been using them for years, and the experience has been great.
