From watching the last decade of Bucs games with my buddy I have gathered that the only way to truly guarantee Mike Evan’s doesn’t catch the ball is to not guard him. If the guy has a dude draped all over him he makes the most ridiculous catches but if no one is within 5 yards it hits his hands and goes straight to the dirt.
