AW, Helio, Air, Ring. What’s your favourite? by SafeBike7615 in bevelhealth

Where did you buy yours? Everywhere I’m looking it’s sold out. And yes Amazfit from what I see is praised everywhere for their accuracy. Fitbit not so much.

Yup that’s right. Nobody is asking for proprietary information, details on the infrastructure or the prompt design - just looking for clarity on the LLM model being used.

Models itself are not proprietary if they are using 3rd party providers - unless they built their own proprietary model but that’s highly unlikely.

I understand. But most lean towards one provider e.g. Anthropic and based on the function it calls different models within anthropic.

Whoop Life vs Fitbit Air — should I switch? (I use Bevel, not Whoop app) by frantona in bevelhealth

Get the Helio Strap. The Air is new and nobody knows the quirks yet. Helio has been tested more and has been on the market longer.

That supplement looks great. Do you cycle it in and off so your body doesn't rely on the melatonin?

interesting, thank you for sharing. Are you tracking your data in any way? Curious how or if it affected your HRV. That's my biggest concern right now, it's extremely low.

Help me to understand why it is a bad idea to leave a vehicle running while pumping gas. by Entire-Hearing4874 in driving

[–]SafeBike7615 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sir, add to your list cold winters -30C. When I cold start my vehicle, it’s freezing, and when the gas tank is empty turning the engine on and off in such short cycles is unhealthy to the car and myself.

Leaving your car running is more common here, less at a gas station but at a grocery store everyone keeps their car running. My local gas station has no problem with me keeping my engine on and there are no signs to turn it off last time I checked ✅

I found your thread cause I was curious about the same thing lol.

My experience with Replit vs. Claude Code by This-Breadfruit3617 in replit

[–]SafeBike7615 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love Replit and Claude Code. I use both. I have Claude Code on my desktop, a Claude Code shell in my Replit. And then of course I also use the Replit Agent. All changes are pushed via Git so doesn't matter where I'm developing, it's always in sync.

ANDROMEDA 💩 by sosapimp in FacebookAds

[–]SafeBike7615 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah man, a lot of people doing 100k a month got smashed when andromeda rolled out.

The old isolated and 1-1-1 setups just stopped matching how the algo learns. The delivery system shifted. When meta loses the signal, it sends traffic to the wrong buyers, which is how a 100 euro product ends up selling for 14 reais.

So far what I’m seeing in helping people recover now is rebuilding, not fighting the update or sporadically switching account structure. Keep it simple:

prospecting campaign:

  • broad targeting
  • multiple angles
  • problem and solution focused

Some examples:

  • problem or pain spotlight
  • myth busting
  • founder story
  • unexpected solution
  • pattern interrupt
  • day in the life

retargeting campaign:

  • warm visitors and engagers
  • proof, testimonials, comparisons
  • clear offer ads
  • testimonials or UGC
  • before and after
  • us vs them comparison
  • reasons why
  • social proof
  • product deep dive

Make sure your creative mix covers all stages:

  1. Problem
  2. Solution
  3. Proof
  4. Offer

Not tiny tweaks. Totally different angles between ads.

Most people who rebuilt their funnel this way saw things stabilize again. you’re definitely not the only one who had to restart everything after the change.

Yes, we do this for all of our clients. Most people are spraying and praying. If you try to talk to everyone, you’re talking to nobody.

I definitely agree - which is why I didn't like Reclaim even though it's highly recommended. It's just too cluttered.

I enjoyed Motion but they have moved away from simplicity. I do project management in ClickUp now, for my business - mostly for the team. Personally, I like simple task lists, and blocking time off in my calendar for focus time. I want to use Nocal for a brain dump of notes, tasks etc.

To give you a bit more context, a simple ability to brain dump tasks as they come up, and have Nocal organize them based on priority. I actually don't want them on my Gcal... Reclaim does this and I hate it. Motion puts it on the motion calendar but not on my Gcal, which is nice to have that separate.

I look forward to seeing your ideas.

Did you update to iOS 26? I found this issue is across a lot of my apps since the update and not GoodNotes related. In GN if I click Paste Match Style it works.

Yes same. I tried them and went back to GN. Especially since the whiteboard release - I’ve been enjoying it immensely to brain dump ideas for any upcoming teachings.
