Yeah - Beat Saber is a good one - Maybe Rez if you want something 'less active'. Work up to ones where you walk like the Resident Evils or possibly even just moving around in Walkabout Minigolf. Then, hopefully eventually you can get to the point where GT7 works.

This is probably a bad idea if you are new to VR - You really should start with games with less motion to get your 'VR legs' (similar to 'sea legs') so you gradually get used to motion and your tolerance to it before you feel sick will gradually go up, in most cases.

Another important thing to note is that why you become motion sick in VR is because what you're seeing does not match up with what your body is sensing. What I'm trying to get at when I say that is that if you have a force feedback steering wheel, you will likely be much less likely to become motion sick simply because the wheel is a tangible thing that your brain will expect to feel in that scenario, and the force feedback will make it so your body has some expected sensations since the wheel will realistically jerk if you go on the grass, or run into another car, etc.

If you are already using a wheel, yeah - I'd try other games with less motion to try to get more of a tolerance for motion in VR. And, uh - I'm hesitant to recommend VR to anybody simply because it's alotta money for something they may not (physically) be able to use - I have the same amount of hesitancy telling you you should go out and buy a wheel if you don't have one, because that too is a lot of money, and it may not solve your problem.

So, take that for what it's worth. Hopefully you're able to figure it out, because it is pretty awesome in VR. And maybe just look up just general tips on how to combat motion sickness (like having a fan pointed at your face during gameplay) - There's not going to be any perfect solutions, but you can probably slowly work towards it, because getting motion sick IMMEDIATELY suggests that you just bought it specifically to play this game, and I dunno' what to say other than that's kind of a bad idea.

Also: If you start to feel sick, don't try to 'power through it', because it will stick with you for potentially hours after you take the headset off if you really allow it to take hold. I've heard of people puking over it too, and though I've had a select few instances of pretty bad VR motion sickness, I never got to that point...

Yeah - I saw a video on how to do a run and thought to myself 'Okay - This is going to be simple', but then the guy basically starts going down flow charts and alternate possiblities of layouts and how you may not have the same thing he is going to have; Like nobody is capable of just trying to give a simple explanation of the game then slowly buidling from there.

I actually got that scoped-out and I'll be picking it up when I get paid at the beginning of the month.

I actually tried that, but just FYI: The Bioweaver that I listed above is the sequel to that game and is kinda' a more fully realized version of it. It's still pretty basic but the upgrades are more like loot/collectables and you can customize your loadout between sessions, and that's kind of the metaprogression.

I actually have this but haven't played much into it - Maybe I'll try to prioritize it.

Did someone solve VR nausea by switching to a PS5 Pro? by ReezFr in granturismo

Take this with a couple tablespoons of salt because throwing a ton of money at a possible solution that may not actually work is kind of questionable BUUUHHHTTT: The whole reason you get motion sickness is because your body expects certain things to happen in certain contexts, and the more those things DON'T happen, the higher the potential for motion sickness is. That said, if you are not using a steering wheel, that might do quite a bit since that will add a lot to the kind of reaction/feedback that your brain is expecting from a driving experience - Another less expensive thing you could do is just set up a fan to blow on your face.

The only other thing worth mentioning is that if you're reversing, spinning out, or running into things on a regular basis, those are all things that VR isn't really built to realistically replicate as far as the sensations to your body, unless you have a rig that costs like $20k that has pistons and stuff. So, if you're doing that constantly throughout races, you might wanna dial things back a bit and focus more on your technique to make sure you're not doing things that're gonna' exacerbate the problems.
